{How to Warm Up Your Voice}
1) First have healthy diet and drink LOTS of water. Citrus food will iritate the vocal chords.
2) Get lots of rest before you sing. If you are going to be singing in the morning, make sure that you wake up two hours before you sing.
3) Do stretches from head to toe.
4) Practice vocal warm ups going from high to low and low to high.
5) When practicing your song, record your voice. This way you'll be able to know where to fix the song.
{Chewing gum helps reduces stress}
Chewing gum is a quick and easy way to relieve stress while playing any instrument.  If your child is feeling stressed on any given practice, I suggest giving it a try!
