Chicken with Honey & Mustard Glaze

Eating well is crucial to learning any musical instrument. If you get sick then it's destructive to the vocal chords, or you might miss a lesson or practice that will put you behind. 

The two main ingredients to having a healthy lifestyle in this recipe is honey and the raw vegetables: 

Honey: If you have a sore throat, take lots of honey. It's a natural coater for the throat. 
Raw Vegetables: You have a better chance at getting more nutrients if you avoid cooking them. 



Ingredients
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chile powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 chicken breasts

Directions
In a small saucepan over high heat, reduce the vinegar to 1/4 cup. In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar syrup with the mustard, honey, and ancho chile powder and season to taste with salt and pepper. Let rest 30 minutes.


Preheat oven to 350. Brush the chicken with the glaze and cook forl 3 minutes.

Raw Vegetables (DO NOT COOK THEM, it losses nutrients)
Celery
Green Onion
Carrots
Spinach
Kale
